We are always looking for Resellers who share our passion for flight. Through our FM Co-Pilot program for Flight Miniatures Resellers,
we provide the tools and support to help your sales soar. With competitive pricing and attractive incentives for qualified retailers and
distributors, our FM Co-Pilot Program is designed to make our Flight Miniatures® models and other products among your best sellers. The
following information will help you set up a wholesale account so that you can start offering our models to your collectors soon.
Account Setup
Please provide us with some information about your business using our
Reseller Information Form.

Account Executive will contact you regarding your
account, your pricing structure, and any minimum
requirements based on your anticipated level of
wholesale orders.
Payment and Terms
Your first order must be prepaid in full (including
shipping charges) by check, credit card (Visa, MC,
AMEX) or wire transfer funds (contact us for bank
info). After your initial order, you may submit a
Credit Application for a net 30-day wholesale
account.
Placing Orders
The Flight Miniatures Reseller site is designed
to help you quickly and easily place your orders
online. Once you have an account set up you simply login,
select the items you want, and complete the
checkout.
Order minimums: 10 models USA customers; 100
models International customers. For international
customers we refer small quantity orders directly to
a regional Master Distributor.
Shipping
We strive to process and ship your order for in stock items within two (2) business days of receipt.
Our Standard shipping is via UPS ground for domestic customers. For international customers we offer three levels of service through UPS. We can also arrange to ship against your account if needed.
Due to the many variables involved, shipping costs for international and expedited domestic service are not calculated at the on-line checkout but will be billed at the actual rate calculated once the order is packed.
Return Policy
It is the policy of Genesis Worldwide Enterprises, Inc. to accept undamaged returns within seven (7) days of receipt accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and a 20% restocking fee is applicable. Products damaged during shipping should be reported immediately to Customer Service and held until our customer service representative has contacted you.
